Onsen® Therapists Exam with Practical must improve to 90
percent prior to application to Onsen® Instructors Program and
the Onsen® Instructors Exam with Practical - must pass with
minimum 90% and comply with:

- Instructors Agreement is not a Franchise but a Royalty Agreement
with a code of conduct.
